Returns & Exchanges

Customers may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund OR an exchange of the same item in case of damage. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by Inspirations.com is required for returned/exchanged items.

Returned items must be in original condition, including packaging, tags, booklets and labels. The customer will pay shipping on return shipments. Shipping will be paid by Inspirations.com for exchanges on damaged product.

All refunds go to the original purchaser. A full refund will be due provided the return is received within the authorized 30 day return window.

Return Instructions:

  1. Click HERE to sign in and fill out a return form and submit.
  2. For customers that are not registered, click here, InspirationsProductReturn, after filling it out email customersupport@inspirations.com.
  3. Upon approval, you will receive an e-mail with an address label and Return form with RMA #.
  4. Please print out both the form and address label. Include the form inside of the box with the product authorized to be returned. Affix the address label to the exterior of the box.
  5. Ship the package.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation when the refund is processed.

Exchange Instructions:

  1. Click HERE to sign in and fill out an exchange form and submit.
  2. You may receive an e-mail inquiry as to the issue of the item prior to approval.
  3. Upon approval, you will receive an e-mail with an address label and Exchange form with RMA #.
  4. Please print out both the form and address label. Include the form inside of the box with the product authorized to be returned. Affix the address label to the exterior of the box.
  5. Ship the package.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation when the refund is processed.
